What's Trending on LandscapeHub: Fall Planting for Spring Blooms

The Hub's top fall plants for spring blooms!

With cooler weather approaching, now is the perfect opportunity to begin establishing plant roots that will strengthen late into fall. We recommend planting trees and shrubs between mid-August through mid-October for two main reasons: warm damp soil and lowering temperatures. Another reason why planting during the Fall is, rainfall increases which will require you to water less and let the rain do the hard work!

Keep in mind that both balled and burlapped plants and container plants can be planted in the Fall but bare-rooted plants do best when planted in the Spring.

Check out some of our picks that will thrive in the fall and be ready to show off come springtime!
