Industry Collective was founded on the idea of "an entire industry coming together — *to serve and to give* — for the sole purpose of creating a positive impact locally and around the world." They design practical, on-site outreach events to *minimize headache* and *maximize IMPACT *to build team morale while serving the needs of our communities. Last week, our LandscapeHub team met as a group in Chicago for our first in-person event, joining teams from other companies across the country. We packed hygiene kits for people in need that were sent to local organizations and to [Convoy Of Hope](https://www.convoyofhope.org/) for communities impacted by natural disasters. ##### Take a quick look at the numbers of what we were able to achieve together... ![dc195043-f1f9-25d0-ce6e-de336c91b4fa](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/dc195043-f1f9-25d0-ce6e-de336c91b4fa.jpeg?width=960&name=dc195043-f1f9-25d0-ce6e-de336c91b4fa.jpeg)   > Industry Collective also shared an [awesome recap video](https://www.instagram.com/tv/CQOF03UjtY0/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) of teams across the country packing hygiene kits. > >   ##### Here are photos of our team here in Chicago packing 400 kits together... ![IMG-3191](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3191.jpg?width=3024&name=IMG-3191.jpg) ![IMG-3192](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3192.jpg?width=3024&name=IMG-3192.jpg) ![IMG-3187](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3187.jpg?width=4032&name=IMG-3187.jpg) ![IMG-3188](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3188.jpg?width=4032&name=IMG-3188.jpg) ![IMG-3194](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3194.jpg?width=3024&name=IMG-3194.jpg) ![IMG-3195](https://blog.landscapehub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG-3195.jpg?width=3024&name=IMG-3195.jpg) And this was just our first event.  From the Industry Collective, "Imagine the impact we can have together when hundreds of industry leaders equip and empower their staff teams to serve right where they are. It's a multiplied impact. Together, we can pack hundreds of thousands of hygiene kits to be distributed on the frontlines of disaster, we can put together thousands of backpacks for kids in need, snack packs for people who are hungry, and flood buckets for individuals whose homes have been destroyed. [The Rhino Impact Group](https://www.rhinoimpactgroup.com/industrycollective)will coordinate, equip, and empower you to serve right where you are. The projects are simple and powerful. Together, the impact that we have will be far greater than we could ever imagine. The need is great and we have an incredible honor and opportunity to change the world together." #### **Our goal is 100,000 volunteer hours over the next five years."** **Interested in getting involved in our next Industry Collective event?
